Our Montgomery Divan Bed Set combines timeless, classical style with elegant clean design. This luxury upholstered bed is handcrafted by our skilled carpenters and upholsterers in our UK factory, featuring a design with padded cushioning and hand stitched buttons throughout.

Style

Featuring a bold design, the striking upholstered panels make a strong statement in any room. Inspired by the classic chesterfield look, the Montgomery Divan combines modern style with hand finished button detailing, to combine classical features with clean lines and a soft, contemporary feel.

For support, the bed contains a high quality solid base for the ultimate in comfort, standing proudly on hardwood varnished feet. A full fabric base continues the classic style all around, framing the bed beautifully, no matter what fabric or colours you opt for. 

Storage

All our Divan beds offer 2 drawers that can be configured to open on the left or right hand side. These easily slide out and offer a massive storage space, so you can make the most of your bedroom even if space is tight. The divan drawers are perfect for storing bedding, clothing, linen and towels. They slide seamlessly into the body of the bed, so don’t affect the design or style, and slot in perfectly. 

Mattress

You have the option of bed only or a choice of 2 mattresses; the Windsor or our Sleeply Hybrid Pocket spring mattress with memory top.

Windsor Mattress

The Windsor mattress is made in the UK by us at Sleeply, our factory is a British Furniture Manufacturer member and recognised for outstanding product quality and service.

The Windsor mattress offers a medium comfort level, making it a versatile choice suitable for most sleepers. It provides a perfect balance of support and cushioning, ensuring proper spine alignment and reducing pressure points for a restful night's sleep.

Mattress Fabric: Knitted

The top layer of the Windsor mattress features high-quality knitted fabric, known for its softness, breathability, and stretch. This fabric ensures a cosy and comfortable sleeping surface.

Support System: Open Coil Springs

The Windsor mattress includes an open coil spring system, crafted from a single wire coiled into a helical shape. This design is known for its affordability, durability, and medium-firm support. Additionally, open coil mattresses are lighter and easier to handle compared to other types.

Mattress Surface: Tufted

Featuring a tufted surface, the Windsor mattress has buttons or stitches sewn through its layers. This tufting process keeps the layers securely in place, preventing them from shifting or bunching over time.

Turnable: Single Sided

Designed as a single-sided mattress, the Windsor has a designated top and bottom. The top side provides the sleeping surface with all the padding and support, while the bottom side features a non-slip material to keep the mattress securely in place on your bed.
