You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging to be accepted.

In the unlikely event something arrives damaged or faulty just drop us an email and one of our team can either replace the item or arrange collection for a refund.

Personalised or made to order products are excluded from 'change of mind' returns.

Unless otherwise stated, all items orders before 1pm will leave the same day. Orders over £99 qualify for FREE delivery in the UK. There may be a small charge for highlands and islands.

Orders under £99 have a flat shipping rate of £4.99. If your order does not qualify for free delivery, any associated delivery costs will be listed at the checkout.
